Doula Services

Prenatal Support

• 2 prenatal appointments (starting around 28 weeks) to discuss birthing preferences, how to put together a birth plan, pain management, and whatever topics you would like to focus on! 

• 24/7 text and phone support throughout your pregnancy.

Labor Support

• On call 24/7 for labor because lets be honest, it can happen at any time!

• I will meet you at your house, hospital, or where ever you need once you are in labor and be present for one on one support for the entire duration.

• If for any reason I am unable to make it to your birth ( and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to be there) a backup doula will be provided.

Postpartum Support

• I will stay for the first couple hours postpartum or when you and your family are ready for some alone time. 

• I will provide immediate breastfeeding support as needed such as proper positioning of babe, initial latch, and breastfeeding positions. 

• I will make one postpartum visit within the first week to debrief your birth, provide breastfeeding support, and to check in on how you are doing!

• Continued text and phone support for the first 4 weeks.

• 3 hour minimum between the hours of 7am-10pm. 

• Includes but not limited to light housework, meal prep, errand running, entertaining older children, infant care, infant feeding and support.

• Emotional and informational support. Got parenting questions? Mental health Questions? Need a hug and reassurance you are doing AMAZING? I've got you :)

• Full Birth Doula benefits

• 20 hours of postpartum services (valued at $500)

• Breastfeeding and infant feeding support
